This study aims to the process of fabricating and characterization nanofibers based on cellulose acetate polymer filled with ceftriaxone ibuprofen using electrospinning method as a model for targeted drug delivery system. Cellulose has been successfully fabricated into ibuprofen. The resulting have an average diameter in range 412.5 – 558.5 nm under conditions process, namely 22 kV voltage, 15 cm distance, flow rate. 0.005 mL/min acetone/DMAc (2:1). Based data generated from FTIR test, homogeneity, release it is known that nanofibers, acetate, acetate-ceftriaxone, acetate-ibuprofen, good morphological characteristics, rate so they potential be used system
